This may sound a little technical, but in fact it’s one of the criteria recognized and recommended (by the Société de Médecine du Sommeil in France) to guarantee the effectiveness and comfort of an orthosis. If the headpiece is not adjustable, it won’t fit your mouth and you won’t be able to wear it. If the setting is too low, the effectiveness on snoring is reduced.
